About White Springs Winery

White Springs Winery is located just south of the City of Geneva on Route 14.  The spacious 5300 square foot facility features a panoramic view of Seneca Lake as well as an expansive tasting bar and gift shop.

If it's chilly outside, relax by our fireplace. On warm days, enjoy a glass of wine under our covered patio and take in the beauty of Seneca Lake.

White Springs Winery offers a wide selection of wines, made from grapes grown in our vineyards and crafted to appeal to every palate. Our wines make a great accompaniment at your dinner table or for any occasion.

Founded in 2003 by owner Carl Fribolin, White Springs Winery includes 40 acres of vineyards that produced their first full crop this harvest. In addition, a state of the art production facility is located on White Springs Lane, also in Geneva. “The new retail center located at the top of Seneca Lake on one of the busiest wine routes in the Finger Lakes is the lynch pin for introducing our wines to the public” states Mr. Fribolin a longtime resident of Geneva.

Press Facility 

The press facility is located on White Springs Farm and is about 5 miles from the tasting room. It houses 20 stainless steel tanks ranging from 500 to 3,000 gallon capacity. A stairway leading to a catwalk allows workers to access the top of the tanks without having to use ladders.

In the future, a portion of the facility will be utilized for private events, such as weddings, receptions and dinners.
